Solana and XRP Post Mixed Rolling Returns on Coinbase in Two October Snapshots
Coinbase snapshots show Solana and XRP recovering unevenly: on October 11 both sat above rolling opens, and on October 13 XRP was above its reference while Solana was below.
Why it matters
The snapshots record short-horizon price behaviour on a single exchange and give no cause, participants or flow data, so their significance is limited to documenting how SOL and XRP traded against their own reference prices. The reporting rests on one aggregator that flags its own methodological limits, and the two snapshots cover different days rather than one continuous session.

What happened
Bitcoin Insider's Coinbase Exchange snapshots show Solana and XRP recovering only partly from an October 11 dip, and the outlet's two readings disagree about which token led. At22:15 UTC on October 11, SOL traded at $110.86 against a rolling opening reference of $110.38, up roughly 0.43%, while XRP traded at $1.4062 against $1.403, up roughly 0.23%; both were below the 20:51 UTC checkpoint of $111.28 and $1.4087, and a 21:19 UTC check had put them at $109.92 and $1.3974. About a day later, at roughly 14:43 UTC on October 13, the same outlet recorded SOL at $107.87 against a $108.66 opening reference, a drop of about 0.73%, and XRP at $1.3758 against $1.3720, a gain of about 0.28%. Bitcoin Insider says the readings came from Coinbase's public statistics endpoints and were collected sequentially, so they are not simultaneous consolidated market prices, and it notes the snapshots do not identify who was trading or explain why the two tokens diverged. The outlet also cautions that the rolling high and low figures on its SOL-USD and XRP-USD statistics do not turn those extremes into support or resistance. Bitcoin Insider is an aggregator and the only outlet in the set covering this, so none of the figures are independently confirmed.
